Young Farms is made up of 300 acres of rolling pastureland in Washington County, Georgia, perfect for raising premium, hormone-free, natural, grass fed F1 Bradfords. Situated a little over 2 hours Southeast of Altanta Georgia, 70 miles south of Athens, 60 miles east of Macon and 40 miles south of Milledgeville—we admit it's a little bit of a drive, but we feel well worth the day trip through the many independent farms, kaolin quarries and small towns that make central Georgia our wonderful home.
The farm was established before the Civil War as a row crop farm which operated a grist mill, cotton gin and mercantile. Through five generations of family stewardship, Young Farms has evolved into a cattle operation with the mission to provide premium, hormone-free, natural beef to a growing market of conscious consumers.
Visit our farm and you will be greeted by a cheerful crew of purebred English Springer Spaniels. In addition to natural beef, we proudly raise a liter of CKC Springer Spaniel puppies each year.
